Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order within 7 days upon reception and contact us at hello@flavajewelry.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and see if you’re eligible for a full refund. 

After 30 days, if the product has not been worn or used, has its tags, and is in its original packaging, we will be able to offer store credit only, and a 20% restocking of the original item price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning during the 30-day period, but missing one of the requirements listed in the paragraph above, we will analyze your case individually, and if approved, will be able to offer store credit only, and a 20% restocking of the original amount.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@flavajewelry.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for your defective, damaged, or incorrectly ordered goods, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If returns are made for any other reason, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, to make a separate purchase for a new item.
